Showcase for Commerce fills the floor of
the Cambria County War Memorial Arena
with exhibitor booths from approximately
150 companies. Many of the defense
industry's largest and best-known prime
contractors and subcontractors attend
including BAE Systems, Boeing, DRS
Technologies - A Finmeccanica Company,
General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin,
Martin-Baker America, Northrop Grumman
and Raytheon Company as well as smaller
defense related subcontractors. Exhibits
and displays range from robotic devices,
circuit cards, precision metal machining
and forming parts to medical and
emergency response products, software
and professional services.
As an exhibitor, you will network with
more than 2,000 attendees.
Exhibitor Booth Rates
- The rate for members of the Greater Johnstown/Cambria County Chamber of Commerce (new member prior to December
31, 2009, Existing member must be
paid by March 2010) is $1,000
- The rate for non-members in the 12th Congressional District is $1,500
- The rate for non-members outside of the 12th Congressional District is $2,000
- Additional spaces (limited number available) are $2,000 each
- The rate for outdoor displays is $1,000.
Tent is an additional $200

Each exhibitor will receive the
following:
An 8’ x 10’ space (for indoor booth
spaces)
A 10’ x 20’ space for outdoor spaces
Exhibit badges
Exhibition security
Internet access provided exclusively by
Cambria Connected powered by CONXX

Listing in the event program and on the
event website
Exhibitors will receive the following
ticket quantity for each event with the
purchase of their booth. Tickets are per
company and not booth quantity.
Additional packages may be purchased if
necessary.
(Tickets for individual events will not
be sold.) The cost per package is
$300. Packages purchased prior to March
15 will receive a discount of $150 per
package. If you have purchased an indoor
exhibit and outdoor display you will
receive double the quantity.

Unlimited exhibitor badges (access to
exhibition on Friday only)
Tickets to the John P. Murtha Breakfast (featuring keynote speaker Congressman Norm Dicks) are sold separately.
General admission tickets for Friday, June 4 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm can be purchased
in advance. Cost is $2.50 if purchased
prior to May 14. (Purchases after May 14
can be done at the door for $5.00 each.)
Tickets are required for admittance
to all events.
Name of attendees must be submitted by
May 7. Any changes made after May 7 will
need to be done on-site at registration.
On-site registration and ticket pick-up
will be held at the Frank J. Pasquerilla
Conference Center.
Tuesday, June 1 – 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Wednesday, June 2 – 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Thursday, June 3 – 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
Friday, June 4 – 6:15 am to 2:00 pm
Each exhibitor MUST pick up his or her
own badges and ticket in person. No one
will be permitted to pick up badges or
tickets in anyone else’s name. Photo
identification will be required.
Online Exhibit Booth Registration
Review the floor plan and select three
spaces. Past exhibitors get priority on
their space from the prior year. Exhibit
spaces sell out quickly. Please be aware
that while booth selections are not
guaranteed, every effort will be made to
meet your request.
Your request for a booth will be sent
for approval. Upon approval you will
receive confirmation of your
application’s approval at which time you
may begin entering the names of your
attendees.
New exhibitors will not receive their
participation confirmation until April
15, 2010, after the booth assignments
have been completed.
All exhibitors will receive booth
assignments on April 15, 2010.
Exhibitor Booth Set-Up / Tear
Down
Displays can be done on your own.
Display setup dates are Tuesday, June
1
and Wednesday, June 2 from 7:00 am to
9:00 pm.
Booth set-up MUST BE COMPLETED by 9:00
pm on Wednesday, June 2.
No exhibit can be dismantled or removed
before the end of the Showcase at 5:00
pm on Friday, June 4, 2010.
Any exhibit not in place by Wednesday or
dismantled prior to end of the show on
Friday will risk reassignment of their
space for 2011.

Any displays remaining on the
main floor and concourse will be
moved by the areana staff due to
another event taking place on
Saturday. The areana staff
shall not be held liable for an
damage or lost items. |
Exhibitor Booth Cancellations/No Shows
All cancellations by exhibitors must be
submitted in writing to the Greater
Johnstown/Cambria County Chamber of
Commerce by April 15, 2010. A $200
deposit for each booth space is
non-refundable regardless of date of
notice of cancellation. Persons whose
written cancellations are received by
the Chamber of Commerce after April 15,
2010 shall forfeit all payments made and
be obligated in full for the total
exhibit rental fee.
If the exhibition is cancelled for any
reason beyond the control of the Chamber
of Commerce, we will refund each
exhibitors rental payment on a prorated
basis after all related exhibition
expenses incurred to that date have been
met, thereby canceling the rental charge
and lease of space. The exhibitor agrees
that this prorated refund shall release
the exhibitor from his or her
obligations under its contract with the
Showcase for Commerce and shall release
the Chamber of Commerce and Johnstown
Area Regional Industries from any
liability to the exhibitor.
