During Showcase for
Commerce the floor of the Cambria County War
Memorial Arena is filled with exhibitor booths from
approximately 140 companies. Present are
many of the defense industry's largest and
best-known prime contractors and subcontractors
including Bell Helicopter, The
Boeing Company, DRS Technologies, General Dynamics,
Lockheed Martin, Martin Baker America, Raytheon
Company and BAE Systems.
As an exhibitor, you will network with more than
2,000 attendees.
Booth Rental
Rates
The rate for members of
the Greater Johnstown/Cambria County Chamber of
Commerce (member prior to December 1, 2007) is
$1,000
The rate for non-members in the
12th Congressional District is $1,500
The rate for non-members outside of the district is
$2,000
Additional spaces (limited number
available) is $2,000
Outdoor display in addition to indoor
booth is $750
Outdoor display only is $1,000
Each exhibitor will receive:
Tickets are required for admittance to all events.
Names of attendees must be
submitted by May 2. You will receive instructions on
submitting names at the time of your booth purchase.
Each attendee MUST pick up his or her own badges
and tickets in person.
no one will be permitted to pick up badges or
tickets in anyone else's name. Photo
identification will be required.
Online Exhibitor
Registration
Review the floor plan of
exhibit spaces and select up to three choices.
Exhibit spaces sell out quickly and past exhibitors
get priority on their space from previous
years. The spaces are assigned on a first-come,
first-served basis. Register online and list your
three choices. You will receive an initial
confirmation if you pay with a credit card online at
the time of registration. If you do not pay online you will
receive a confirmation once your registration has
been processed. Once all spaces are assigned
(tentatively April 21) you will receive a final
confirmation that will detail your booth location
and any set-up instructions.

No exhibit can be dismantled or removed before the
end of the Showcase at 6:00 pm on Friday, May 30,
2008. Any exhibit not in place by 9:00 pm on
Wednesday or dismantled prior to end of the show on
Friday will risk reassignment their space for 2009.
All
exhibits should be dismantled and removed by 4:00
pm, Monday, June 2, 2008.

Cancellations/No
Shows
In order to qualify for a
refund, cancellation notices must be received in
writing prior to May 5, 2008. Mail or fax to:

A $200 deposit for
each booth space is non-refundable regardless of
date of notice of cancellation.
Persons whose
written cancellations are received by the Chamber of
Commerce after May 5, 2008 shall forfeit all
payments made and be obligated in full for the total
exhibit rental fee.
All other
cancellations aside from exhibition space will be
subject to a $25 administrative fee.
