Cambria County War Memorial Arena
Exhibits open to the public



During Showcase for Commerce, the floor of the Cambria County War Memorial Arena is filled with exhibitor booths from approximately 140 different companies. Present are many of the defense industry’s largest and best-known prime contractors and subcontractors. Some of the larger companies represented during Showcase for Commerce are: Bell Helicopter, The Boeing Company, DRS Technologies, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Martin Baker America, Raytheon Company and BAE Systems, to name just a few. Along with the large companies, many smaller defense-related subcontractors exhibit their products and display pertinent information about their firm’s capabilities. The exhibits and displays range from hardware items such as robotic devices, circuit cards, precision metal machining and forming parts to medical and emergency response products along with software and professional services.

Congressman Murtha takes a hands-on approach to the Showcase for Commerce. The Congressman personally visits each exhibit of Showcase, spending time with the exhibitors to discuss the products and services displayed by each firm, their capabilities and how each firm can assist building a stronger supply chain for the defense industry.
